Boys Archery, Girls Archery · CHS archery team wins at first-ever shoot

Campbellsville High School archery team recently competed at its first-ever shoot, and brought home several awards.

The team competed at Taylor County on Friday, Nov. 30.

In the high school division, CHS freshman MaCayla Falls finished in third place overall, with a score of 285 out of 300.

Top scorers for the CHS team also included junior Cole Kidwell at 263, sophomore Clark Kidwell at 259 and freshman Adin Hunt at 253.

In the middle school division, seventh-grader Hunter Falls placed first, with a score of 279 out of 300.

Top scorers for the team also included eighth-grader Seth Hash at 237 and his classmate Adrianna Sluder at 211.

The CHS team will compete again on Saturday, Jan. 12, at John Hardin High School.
