Boys Varsity Cross Country, Girls Varsity Cross Country · CHS cross country team competes in Green County


Campbellsville High School cross country team recently competed in Green County, in the Cow Days Cross Country Meet.

In the varsity race, Campbellsville High School freshman Tyler Smith finished 18th overall, in 24:32.

CHS sophomore Serenity Ford finished 16th, in 28:53.

In the middle school race, Campbellsville Middle School seventh-grader Falicity Lewis was 27th, at 22:46.

Will Wooley, a seventh-grader, finished in 10th place, in 12:38.

Seventh-grader Wyatt Smith was 15th overall, in 13:22.

And Grayson Booe, a sixth-grader, was 28th, finishing in 16:34.

In the elementary school race, Campbellsville Elementary School fourth-grader Izzy Brunelle finished in 10th place, in 8:39.

Baylee Pike, a fifth-grader, was 19th place, in 9:20.

And Kairyn Johnson, also a fifth-grader, was 25th, finishing in 9:50.

Tye Rhodes, a fifth-grader, finished the boys’ race in 40th place, in 10:06.

The team will compete again on Saturday, Sept. 28, at Thomas Nelson High School.
