Multiple Teams · CMS, CHS archery teams finished second, third

Campbellsville middle and high school archery teams competed on Saturday, Dec. 7, and brought home second and third place finishes.

The teams competed at Taylor County High School.

Overall, the CMS team finished third and the high school team was second.

The high school team scored 3,214 points, which is a new high score for the group.

CMS eighth-grader Braelyn Price was second in the middle school girls’ division, with 279 points.

Lance Knifley, an eighth-grader, was second in the middle school boys’ division, with 273 points.

And Hunter Falls, an eighth-grader, finished third with 271 points.

In the high school girls’ division, freshman LeeAnna Darst was second, at 285 points.

MaCayla Falls, a sophomore, finished third, with 284 points.

In the boys’ division, senior Cole Kidwell finished third, at 283 points.

And junior Colin Harris was fifth, with 279 points.

The team will compete at Central Hardin High School on Friday, Dec. 20, and Saturday, Dec. 21.
