Alex Doss Wins Junior PGA Event

Campbellsville High School sophomore Alex Doss finished in first place at the Junior PGA series event at the Pines in Columbia on Wednesday, July 22. Doss shot a gross score of 72 and a net of 70 on the 6,300-yard course. The first-place finish gained him an exemption into the Junior PGA Championship event Tuesday

Harris Advances to State Tennis Tournament

In 5th Region Tennis action, Brooklyn Harris defeated Central Hardin’s Riley Keys Tuesday to advance her to the semi-finals which also qualified her for the state tournament next week. Harris lost in the semi-finals to E-town’s Lauran Berger 7-6(11-9), 6-2. Harris was the number 2 seed out of 32 participants. Mallory Haley and Morgan Milby
