CHS to host 18th District soccer tournament

Campbellsville High School will host this year’s 18th District boys’ soccer tournament. This year’s tournament will be played on Oct. 8, 9 and 11. On Monday, Oct. 8, the CHS team will take on Marion County at 6 p.m. On Tuesday, Oct. 9, the winner of the previous night’s game will take on Taylor County

CHS senior volleyball players honored

Campbellsville High School’s senior volleyball players were honored in a special ceremony on Tuesday, Oct. 2. This year’s seniors are Natalie Caldwell, Samantha Mason, Salena Ritchie and Tatem Wiseman. The players were honored before the team’s game vs. North Hardin High School, and thanked for their hard work and dedication to the CHS volleyball team.

Campbellsville High School soccer team recently battled Marion County. CHS lost the very close game by a score of 4-5. Daniel Johnson, a senior, scored three goals, and freshman Dakota Harris added one. The team will host LaRue County on Tuesday, Oct. 2. Campbellsville High School volleyball team recently took on Taylor County. The junior varsity team won their match by a score of 2-1. Set scores were 21-19, 12-21 and 23-21. Campbellsville High School’s senior soccer players were honored in a special ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 29. This year’s seniors are Keidlan Boils, Daniel Johnson, Evan McAninch, Ian McAninch and Brody Weeks. The players were honored after the team’s win vs. Monroe County, and thanked for their hard work and dedication to the CHS soccer team.
