CHS volleyball teams defeat North Hardin

Campbellsville High School volleyball teams recently defeated North Hardin. Freshmen players won by a score of 2-0. The junior varsity squad won by a score of 2-1. The varsity team fought hard, but couldn’t get the win. Set scores were 22-25 and 16-25. Shajuana Ditto is the CHS volleyball coach.

CHS freshman volleyball team defeats Marion County

Campbellsville High School freshman volleyball team recently defeated Marion County. Junior varsity and varsity squads battled hard, but couldn’t get the wins. Freshman set scores were 21-11 and 21-14. CHS will host Taylor County on Monday, Sept. 24, at 5:30 p.m. in the gym. Shajuana Ditto is the CHS volleyball coach.

Campbellsville High School volleyball team recently swept Adair County. CHS picked up freshman, junior varsity and varsity wins. Freshman set scores were 21-7 and 21-5. JV set scores were 21-8 and 21-1. And varsity set scores were 25-17, 25-16 and 25-17. CHS will host Taylor County on Monday, Sept. 24, at 5:30 p.m. in the

Campbellsville High School volleyball team recently blanked Metcalfe County. CHS won by scores of 2-0 in the junior varsity and varsity matchups. Junior varsity set scores were 21-16 and 21-15. And varsity set scores were 25-13 and 25-10. CHS team will host Taylor County on Monday, Aug. 27. The freshman game begins at 5:30 p.m.

CHS volleyball teams blank Russell, Casey counties

Campbellsville High School recently blanked Russell and Casey counties to open the season. CHS traveled to Russell County on Thursday, Aug. 16, and swept the freshman, junior varsity and varsity games by scores of 2-0. In the home opener on Monday, Aug. 20, the CHS team blanked Casey County in freshman, JV and varsity games.

Campbellsville High School volleyball team took on Marion County recently in the 20th district volleyball tournament. CHS battled hard, but couldn’t get the win. The loss ended the team’s season. CIS students wear pink to support cancer survivors

Campbellsville Independent Schools’ hallways were covered in pink on Thursday, Oct. 12. Students and teachers hosted a pink out to raise awareness and money for cancer research.
