CHS boys’ bowling team defeats Bardstown

Campbellsville High School boys’ bowling team recently defeated Bardstown. In the junior varsity match, CHS won by a score of 6-1. The varsity team won by a score of 5-2. CHS will host Russell County on Thursday, Jan. 3. Stephen Tucker is the bowling head coach. Dakota Pendleton is assistant.

CHS bowling team competes

Campbellsville High School bowling team competed in a tournament recently to kick off its season. The team competed against several other schools at Phillips Lanes Bowling Alley. Campbellsville High School senior athletes were honored on Friday, Feb. 16. CHS boys’ varsity basketball players defeated Nelson County that evening, and were honored before tipoff. Campbellsville High School girls’ and boys’ bowling teams competed in KHSAA region competition on Jan. 25, 26, and 27 in Elizabethtown. Patrick Walker, a sophomore, finished singles competition in 10th place and was named to the all-region team. Campbellsville High School bowling teams recently battled Nelson County, Thomas Nelson and Bardstown. The boys’ teams were victorious in all three matches.
